Raila receives donation of campaign cars and sound to block DP Ruto campaign.

Orange Democratic leader Raila Odinga has received election campaign vehicles donated by Homeboys entertainment in partnership with a Mombasa-based businessman, Bernard Waore.

During the event at ODM headquarters in Nairobi, Odinga said the 2022 General Election campaigns should  not cause division among Kenyans but should be issued-based that will cater for the needs of Kenyans.

He warned aspirants that they might create voter apathy if they don’t properly articulate their issues on the campaign trail.

Odinga further urged Kenyans to continue adhering to the rules set by the Ministry of Health to contain the spread of Covid-19 infections .

“Election period will have a lot of human activity and coming during this time of the pandemic. It is necessary for everyone involved in the campaign including members of the public to take the necessary precaution to avoid contracting the virus,” Odinga said.

During the event, Odinga also received other consumables like face mask, hand sanitisers and protective gowns .

Director of Homeboys entertainment Mike Rabar, said the donation of the vehicles full fitted with the state-of-the-art sound system will go along way in boosting the audibility of Odinga’s campaign as the race to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta hots up.

Tommorow, Raila will be in Bungoma County for the funeral of the mother of ODM politician Mr. Moses Nandalwe in Sirisia Sub-county.

On Monday, he will be in Garisaa town for the Azimio la Umoja Convention, the Northern Kenya Edition.
