Realme 9i: Intermediate leaks with 50 MP camera, 90 Hz fluid screen and more

Scheduled for release in January, more news regarding the Realme 9i intermediary continues to trickle over the internet, and now important details regarding the device’s screen, camera and processor are leaked out.

Revealed by Vietnamese website ThePixel even though it anticipated the final design of the Realme 9i — it is said that the device will come to market equipped with a Snapdragon 680 processor (which does not have 5G) and will have a Full HD LCD technology display at a rate of 90 Hz for a more fluid experience.

It is also said that the device will feature a 50 MP main sensor, the new darling of the market that should increasingly replace the much-used 48 MP resolution. The Realme 9i is also expected with two other sensors, as yet unknown.

The website also clarifies that the old rumors regarding the specifications of the model with MediaTek chip, 64 MP camera and 5,000 mAh battery were inaccurate.

The Realme 9i already had its design leaked a few days ago showing camera set similar to the GT Neo 2. The model will be one of four members of the line, which will also feature Realme 9, 9 Pro and 9 Pro Plus or 9 Pro Max.

Smartphones are expected to be introduced in January 2022. More details on specs and pricing are yet to come out very soon.
