Premier League: Liverpool-Leeds and Wolverhampton-Watford postponed due to Covid-19

While nine of the last 20 meetings have been postponed because of the Covid-19, the Premier League announced on Thursday that Liverpool-Leeds and Wolverhampton-Watford, initially scheduled for Sunday at 1:30 p.m., will not be played on that date.

“Following postponement requests from Leeds United and Watford due to Covid-19, the Premier League board met this morning and unfortunately decided to cancel Boxing Day matches of the two clubs concerned ”, the Premier League announced in a statement.
