iPhone 14, 14 Max, 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max
According to old rumors, the iPhone 14 line may have the return of the Max variant. With the “retirement” of the mini version, the series is expected to have a double with a 6.1-inch screen and two models with 6.7-inch displays. .
In this way, it makes sense for Apple to bring ProMotion panels to the simplest versions of the smartphone. The similar screen sizes would also make it easier for the brand to adopt general programming for the devices.
Additionally, Apple has a tradition of expanding unique features from the Pro variants to the entry-level models in the next generation. This often happens regardless of the size of the premium phone compared to the entry version.
iPhone 14 with 6GB RAM
Unlike old rumors, the Pro variants of the iPhone 14 will not be equipped with 8 GB of RAM. According to the report by Haitong International Securities, the four versions will have 6GB of RAM for “cost reasons”.
Either way, this means a small upgrade over the previous-gen entry-level models. In this case, the iPhone 13 mini and the standard iPhone 13 only had 4GB of RAM.
Regarding internal storage, famous analyst Ming-Chi Kuo cites that entry-level versions of the iPhone 14 will have options starting at 64 GB. Meanwhile, premium models should have options starting at 256GB.
Finally, Kuo reinforces that the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will receive a camera update. Thus, the devices can have a 48 MP main sensor instead of the 12 MP unit of previous generations.
