Manchester United hit on another big-name manager for post Ralf Rangnick

Winner Wednesday of the Italian Supercup with Inter Milan, Simone Inzaghi would interest several European clubs. According to Corriere dello Sportthe nerazzurro coach would be in the sights of Atlético Madrid but especially of Manchester United. The Red Devils are thinking of the 45-year-old Italian manager to succeed Ralf Rangnick, who is expected to leave his coaching duties at the end of the season to join the United management team.

Simone Inzaghi who arrived at Inter in June 2021 from Lazio is under contract with the Nerazzurri until 2023 and so far there have been no contacts for a possible renewal of his contract. Inter leaders would wait until the end of the season to consider an extension until 2025. Inter are currently leaders in Serie A with 15 wins in 20 games played. To be continued…
