By an activated Apple ID session on your devices

1. On iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch

  1. Open the Settings app. Then tap [seu nome] to open your account details;

By a web browser

  1. Go to appleid.apple.com and go to “Forgot your Apple ID or password?”;

  3. Enter the information requested to retrieve your Apple ID.
