NSE WINNERS AND LOSERS
The day’s top price gainer was Olympia Capital Holdings which rose 7.57% to KSh 1.99 followed by Flame Tree Group Holdings which edged up 6.56% to KSh 1.30, Equity Group Holdings which was up 4.46 to Ksh 52.75 and TPS Eastern Africa Serena which gained 3.93% to Ksh 14.55.
The worst performers were led by Car and General Kenya with an end-of-day price depreciation of 8.86% to Ksh 54.00 per share, followed by British American Tobacco Kenya which declined 4.27% to Ksh 448, Longhorn Publishers which fell 3.14% to Ksh 4.01 and Express Kenya which lost 2.76% to Ksh 1.17
The Secondary Bonds market had a turnover of KSh 1.54 Billion from 93 deals compared to a turnover of KSh 2.4 Billion in 139 deals at the previous trading session.
The Derivatives Market had 6 contracts worth KSh 231,500 concluded compared to 11 contracts valued at KSh 321,200 at the previous trading session.
