Chantou Kwamboka Crowned Miss World Kenya 2022/2023

Kenyan model Chantou Kwamboka has been crowned miss World Kenya 2022/2023 at the event that took place on Saturday at the Two Rivers Mall, Nairobi.

Over 1000 women from all over the country had registered for the competition with an aim of replacing Sharon Obara who won in 2021.

The vetting process closed on November 15 with the Miss World Secretariat announcing the shortlist of the 42 women who made it to the next round—the ‘boot camp’.

The list went down to 25 and In the finals, 17 ladies walked the stage.

Last year, Miss Chantou Kwamboka, finished as first runner’s up and was awarded Sh150,000. After winning this year’s competition, Chantou Kwamboka was awarded Ksh 500,000. Congratulations 👏
