The owner of Rixxos Club Kitengela, has been arrested after a viral video where he was caught threatening a female employee.
The suspect identified as James Mburu Githae was arrested yesterday at Green ice in Kitengela.
James Mburu has been in hiding since the release of the viral video where he was caught saying no action would be taken against him for failing to pay the employee since he has direct contact with the president.
The female employee together with five others in their statement said their boss intimidated them by citing his connection with people in power.
The management however said the six workers were under investigation following suspicions of stealing and defrauding the company.
The businessman is currently being held at the Kitengela Police Station.
