Popular Inooro TV presenter Njambi wa Njau left her position as a presenter at the Royal Media Services (RMS)-owned station for greener pastures abroad.
In a statement on Wednesday, Njambi revealed that she was moving to the United States of America where she is set to work with another media station but remain tight-lipped on the nature of the agreement.
‘’My tenure at Inooro TV has come to an end but I thank God for the new blessing. People of the diaspora, let us meet on your screens,’’ she shared in a post.
The media personality expressed her joy with the new opportunity that she landed.

‘’Life is about leaving what you think you love and trying new things. It’s about coming to a closure of the things that make you think you are ok and yet you are not,’’ she added.
‘’I thank God for the new phase and step of life he has given me. I thank him for choosing me among many and blessing me.”
Njambi, who is already in Washington DC, USA, revealed that she had received a warm reception upon arrival.
‘’So far so good. I am thankful for the warm welcome I have received in Washington. The soil of America has accepted me and I am a happy person,’’ she stated.
The TV personality was a news presenter and a show host at the Kikuyu vernacular station before leaving her job to move abroad.
Separately, she worked as an actor during her earlier years in the profession and was a pert of a theater group called Liberty Theatre.
She joined the Inooro TV newsroom as a reporter in 2016 before resigning in 2018 for another opportunity that she revealed did not materialise forcing her to make a comeback at the RMS station in 2020.
Njambi also disclosed in a past media interview that she grew up with a dream of pursuing journalism and used to look up to celebrated TV icon Julie Gichuru as her inspiration.
‘’I have really wanted to do this and growing up I used to look up to Julie Gichuru and I never knew there would be Inooro TV at any point in my life. During that, I period I was like why can’t I ever be like her?’’ she revealed.
